To encourage physical fitness and team spirit of the students, the School has a well defined games programme. Seasonal games include Cricket, Hockey, Football, Athletics, MArtial Arts. Minor games include Basketball, Tennis, Volleyball, Skating, Throwball, Badmiton, Cycling and Yoga under the guidance of trained and qualified physical training instructors.

Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays are reserved for games. All games played culminate into house matches with points being allotted to the winning house. A House Cup is awarded, at the end of the term to the House which has secured the maximum points. Regular gymnastics, boxing and endurance building training programme are held throughout the year.
